Food and drink are always a big part of my travel experience so naturally, dining out and exploring nearby breweries and wineries is a frequent at-home activity. In lieu of this love of food and drink, I recently had an opportunity to write an article about a local business, and one of my favorites for a local newspaper, the bridge.
